International Night

Island Park’s International Night is a favorite and highly anticipated event by the Island Park community.  We are seeking families interested in representing a country with food, flags, educational info, and enthusiasm!

This event is free for Island Park students and families and will take place on Friday, November 3rd, from 6 to 8 pm.

If you’d like to participate, please indicate your country of interest on our Sign-Up Genius HERE. We have a number of countries already represented, but we would love to fill the room. Last year, 14 countries were represented.

Each country will display art, treasures, and other cultural information about their country including delicious food samples.  Kids participate by completing a “passport” by answering a question correctly at each country’s booth and will earn a prize upon completion.  It’s a great night to learn more about a new culture and a wonderful opportunity for all of our children to learn from each other!

Love the event, but don’t have a country to represent? We would love for you to participate as an event volunteer.

Please contact your International Night event chairs if you would like to volunteer or have any questions:  Nancy Coupe, or Ching-Mang Chang
